Potluck BBQ; 6:30 PM > May 18, 2012
May 18 - May 18 The 20/30'ers (young adults) and anyone else from Resurrection who "loves them some BBQ" are invited to join us for a potluck on Friday, May 18 starting at 6:30pm.   We have multiple grills (charcoal and gas) out back and will be happy to throw on the meats (and/or veggies) that you want to eat.   The location is Tim & Megan Reissman's place.  In addition to some good food, we have a dartboard, a Wii gaming console (with sports and dancing games), and a 2-year-old dog that will help you eat whatever you cannot, haha.

This year Resurrection is joining up with Ebenezer Lutheran, Holy Trinity Lutheran, and Luther Memorial Churches to offer an amazing Vacation Bible School experience.  With the help of the staff at Lutherdale Camp in Elkhorn, Wisconsin, we are proud to present Flawed and Forgiven:  Ordinary People/Extraordinary God. Through the lens of Biblical characters the youth will experience that God's love is for all, that we are God's children, that God is with us in hard times, that God's love transforms us, and that we are called by God in this world.  More details will be provided after registration.  Please register quickly, as we will only accept registrations until June 15th. Who:  Children who are potty-trained through those who have completed 5th grade
Cost:  $40, plus $20 for each additional registration from each family
